    IT Support:

    All schools and the district office should now be using Web Helpdesk to place support requests.  Click the link to the right, "Help Requests". 
    Click Web HelpDesk. Each district employee has an account created in the WHD (Web Helpdesk) System.  At the Account Login screen, enter your network username and password. If you have trouble logging in, refer to the information on the "Help Request" page.
     
     

    Reminder: Keeping Your Computer Secure

    A simple way to ensure that your data and your network connection are protected and unavailable to others is locking your computer each time you walk away from your desk.  It is a quick, easy process that will keep your information and your computer secure.

    To lock your workstation:

    • Hold down the Ctrl, Alt and Delete key at the same time.  A Windows Security screen will be displayed.
    • Near the top of the screen you will see a button Lock Computer.  Click the Lock Computer button to lock your computer.

    To unlock your workstation:

    • Hold down the Ctrl, Alt and Delete key at the same time.  A Windows Security screen will be displayed.
    • Type in your password
    • Click OK

    Once you have typed in your password, your computer will be ready to use.  It only takes a few seconds to lock and unlock your computer.  Securing your desktop means that no one else will have access to your computer.
